Used glue with glass slides

20 Glass ASICS : 0.86g

20 ASICS: 0.83g

Glass slide : 1.96g

Glass ASICS + Slide = 2.82g

After Gluing. 3.05g

Glue used = 0.23g

Notes:

  • Uneven spreading using a q tip. Have now purchased glue spreaders to help even out distribution
  • jig looks uneven at bottom left corner. 5 spots blurring into 1
  • left vacum off
  • 3pm - 10am for curing

Mon 12th

Notes

  • Used glue spreader
  • imotved definistion of 5 dots
  • However, slides stuck to stencil insterad of vacuum

Tues

  • Used original stencil
  • same results (sticking)
  • is the glue spreader forcing glue uinder the stencil?
