Module Flex

Details of the UK quad flex to work with the FEI4 quad assemblies. These will have the correct tab orientation to be useable for the endcap ring structure. These connect the module to an End of Structure card via a tab to a flex tape inbedded in the disk support structure.

To attach the flex to the DAQ systems via RJ45 connectors an Adaptor card has been designed Quad Flex adapter card Gerbers_v2.1_26Jan16.zip:

Test Coupon for PixFlex v3

This test coupon is designed to test a few functionalities for QA/QC of the PixFlex v3 design.

TestCoupon_QA_QC_Design Data

The folder has the Altium design files and the gerbers for the test coupon.

Thermal Flex

A flex circuit with an embeded copper trace to act as a heater was designed for module building trials and thermal studies
