Follow the instructions in step 4 - go to the CA web interface, select "Request a Certificate" from the horizontal menu at the top of the screen, and then select "User Certificate". Following this, you will need to identify yourself (photographic ID and PIN required) to John Watt (Room 246d, email J.Watt@compserv.gla.ac.uk). You will then receive another email containing a link which you must click on in the same browser you used to apply for the certificate; this will bring the public and private halves of the certificate together and complete activation.
