Please check if the problem is a faculty/departmental matter (see below), if not then email ppesysman@physics.gla.ac.uk with a detailed description of the problem together with any diagnostic information.

   * Email sent to the ppesysman@physics.gla.ac.uk address is distributed to all of the System Administrators.
   * Please do not email a System Administrator directly.
   * Please do not contact a System Administrator by phone or in person unless in an emergency.

The PPE System Administrators are able to reset GUPHYSICS Active Directory account passwords, assist with the configuration of email clients and provide wireless network pins. Problem reports concerning other aspects of the departmental infrastructure:

   * login.physics.gla.ac.uk
   * titania.physics.gla.ac.uk
   * http://www.physics.gla.ac.uk/
   * Wireless Network
   * Email matters in general 

should be emailed to faculty-it@physics.gla.ac.uk
