When installing the printer driver, if presented with a list of printers you need the "PullPrint" printer, not the ones starting with "COSE...". This can be found under the "All Printers" list.

To print from the Canon printer in 484:

Take your staff card with you!
If the screen is dark, press the illuminated green button at the top right of the panel to wake up
Log into the printer by tapping your card on the card reader to the left.
You should see a list of your print jobs - select the one you want from the list and press print to start (bottom left)

You can also print from the web interface directly by visiting http://laptopprint.gla.ac.uk/WebApp/Login

and signing in with your GUID
