Difference: Module_Testing ( vs. 1)

Introduction

Modules can be tested using the HSIO system in a similar fashion to hybrid testing

Below are notes that should help with this testing

Notes

1. Testing jig must be cooled to prevent bowing
2. IDC cable conector to the ?? connector in the HSIO
3. The system config file is edited to to allow 2 hybrids to be read
4. The LVDS cable feeds to the module frame via a buffer board that is powered

Misc

• In more recent version of the DAQ, the numbering scheme for the streams changed
• The control software for the HV for the silicon is buggy. If it crashes is sets the bias to 0V (and does not ramp down)
