Objectives

 
  • Get pythia from the web, try to compile it and run an example. Then try
    to run top and ttH. Dump some events.

  • Work on updating documentation:
    Look at the order of build in hwwscript.sh: the most basic
    things are built first, so they are tools.
    Section on Basic Tools:
    -Look at the code in HwwUtil and try to categorize
    - HwwUtil
    - steering files
    - container utilities that use steering files
    -FlatTuple
    -FlatReader
    -McLimit
    -FlatFitter
    -Computentp
    A diagram of the analysis may be found in ~stdenis/batch/flattpf52.sh
    Section on how it works together
    Section on Utilities used after analysis to read log files (I will
    have to send hints), analyzes the results of the training.
    Description of what to look for in training

  • Look at the Matrix element package in Hww. (Still debugging)
  • Update TMVA to latest version (need -m32 -march=i686 in CFLAGS for compiling?)
